ASFP Editors must be affiliated with a US academic institution, either have or be pursuing a PhD in psychology, and either be faculty, a postdoctoral researcher, or a PhD student. Additionally, ASFP Editors must be affiliated with programs that could fall under the following four categories of psychology: Clinical, Developmental, Cognitive, and/or Social, or have a degree (faculty & postdoc only) from one of those four categories of psychology. 

Affiliations/Degrees that are not PhDs (like PsyD or MA degrees) or programs that are not clinical, developmental, cognitive and/or social in nature (i.e., counseling, HDFS, quantitative psychology, I/O, etc) are unfortunately ineligible for ASFP at this time. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, please email editor-support@asfp.io.
